Office 2007
I’ve just installed Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007. This post was published using Microsoft Word’s built in Blog post option.
It works quite well, don’t know if I can add cats and tags to the post.
Edit: Turns out I can add a category.
There doesn’t seem to be an option to spilt the post for a “read more..” thingy.

Have you tried Windows Live Writer? I played with it briefly but never really got into it. I don’t mind using Tiny MCE and for more advanced stuff editing the HTML by hand.
